Houserules

• Arrival time from 2:00 PM

Departure time: no later than 12:00 PM.

• Smoking or using open flames is PROHIBITED in the entrance and rooms. On the left by the front door, there is an ashtray where you can put your cigarette butts, and there is an ashtray on the tables by the seating areas. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts into the garden or your neighbors’ garden. If there is a BBQ at the seating areas, you may of course light it there outside. Do not place it near the entrance but leave it in the front garden.

• Pets are not allowed.

• It is not allowed to use the rooms for parties.

• Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, you should be considerate of everyone in the house and it is expected that you make little noise yourself and do not play loud sounds through TV or music. If, after a warning, there is again a disturbance, I may immediately terminate the rental agreement and end your vacation immediately without a refund of your payment.
